Opening Reception, Oslo City Hall
The opening reception will take place on Wednesday April 3rdat 6 pm in the magnificent surroundings of the Oslo City Hall (Rådhusplassen 1). The characteristic architecture, artworks and the Nobel Peace Prize ceremony makes the City Hall one of Oslo's most famous buildings. The roof of the eastern tower has a 49-bell carillon which plays every hour.
Oslo City Hall is situated in Pipervika central downtown Oslo and houses the city council, city administration and art studios. Please use the entrance situated on the landside of the building.
Conference Networking Dinner, The Norwegian National Opera & Ballet
The Conference Networking Dinner provides a unique opportunity to meet and discuss with speakers and with fellow delegates. The dinner includes a 3-course meal with 4 glasses of wine. Booking is done through the congress registration. The number of seats is limited and will be booked on a first come first serve basis.
The combination of the dramatic arts and unique architecture make the Oslo Opera House an atmospheric backdrop for this networking event. We look forward to sharing this extraordinary evening with you.
Dinner starts at 7 pm on Thursday, April 4th.
Skiing in Oslo Vinterpark
On Saturday April 6th we arrange a ski day. Try downhill skiing or snowboarding in Oslo Vinterpark, situated only 40 minutes from the city center. Ski equipment and ski clothing is available to rent. We will meet at Oslo central station 10.00 am and travel with the subway line 1 Frognerseteren.
Please contact Marie Lie at firstname.lastname@example.org in advance if you want to participate at the ski day. Oslo Winter Park has a snow guarantee in the downhill slopes until April 20th. Information on prices will follow two weeks ahead of the Conference.
